In the company’s two chemical plants, about 70 highly qualified employees, including chemists, chemical engineers, process engineers, and control & instrumental engineers, focus on developing solutions for rapid scale-up of sophisticated syntheses to industrial scale. AllessaSyntec produces initial quantities and supplies customers with high-quality products right on time. Although set up in its present form in 2004, AllessaSyntec has over fifty years’ experience in this field and can point to a record of more than 3,500 syntheses successfully scaled-up to the industrial-production stage. AllessaSyntec’s high level of employee qualification and expertise and its comprehensive, state-of-the-art equipment allow the company to respond in a rapid, flexible and cost-effective manner to meet our customers needs. Over 80 reactors, ranging from 0.04 to 5 m³ in capacity and installed in modern, multi-purpose plants, are the basis for the service we provide. This is supported by the excellent infrastructure at the company’s headquarters in the Frankfurt-Höchst Industrial Park. In addition, customers can request the services of AllessaChemie with a reactor capacity of over 2,500 m³ as a competent partner for the production of chemical intermediates on a multi-ton scale.
